No Access to Event

Hello I am getting the error as below I can see the event in my events list while not logged in but when I click to register it gives me the below error please help.

I have access and registration access set to public

The requested page can't be found.

An error has occurred while processing your request.You may not be able to visit this page because of:

• an out-of-date bookmark/favourite
• a mistyped address
• a search engine that has an out-of-date listing for this site
• you have no access to this page

Thank you this ha now been submitted and user setup.

So I checked on the site and found that the issue happens because you set Access Level of the payment plugin (os_paypal in this case) to Registered, so no payment plugins available for public users and it causes the issue

I edited the payment plugin, change Access to Public and error is gone
