EB Payment plugin & allowing offline payment

Until now our events are paid offline on the event. We would like to change that and offer payments online with the payment plugin EB PostFinance.
At the same time the offline payment should still be possible.
Tests with the preinstalled payment plugins Paypal and Offline didn't work that way. So the question is:

If we install and activate the payment plugin EB PostFinance as also the Offline plugin, is it possible, that the registrant can choose, if he wants to pay online in advance or offline on the event?

I don't know why it is not working for PayPal and Offline payment as you said. Normally, when you enable multiple payment plugins, users can choose to use any payment method they want to process payment for the registration. Same for EB PostFinance
