Migration from Docman to eDocman

I have a Joomla 3.9 website using Docman 3.5.1.
There almost 1000 documents in around 100 categories and sub-categories.

In order to make a Joomla update (from 3 to 5), I would like to ask this :

• How is possible to make a migration from Docman (Joomla 3) to EDocman (Joomla 5) ?
• Is there a special support for this kind of migration ?
• I would like to keep, names, dates, weight (size) and categories (and subcat) dependence.
• Is there a refund policy in cas test does'n work?
