Is there a way to force standard phone number formatting for those who enter a 10 digit phone number - or reformat for them? Preferred formatting (999) 999-9999. We do a have a few members from Europe so more than 10 digits we would want to leave untouched. I could add php code to reformat if there is some way to add custom code for a field or perhaps make use of your 'Input mask - which I don't really understand. Is there some way to display a placeholder to demonstrate the format in advance?
Thank you. Like Maxime K. I couldn't find the placeholder field as I was looking for it for my date of birth field - defined as a date field. I now have it as a text field and find the place holder and the validation still works. I have changed the phone number to a text field and now have a place holder for it as well.
