Captcha works for Group registration, but does not for single registration.
Your plugin works but, the refresh button is huge, probably due the template, and also there is an extra text box for group registration.
For this, we will need to check it directly on your site. Please submit support ticket sending us super user account of the site and link to the page which we can see the issue so that we can check it
