Hi,

Do you guys have any training videos on your products. I bought 2 pieces of software and have battled a lot with it. You guys understand the software because you work with it everyday. New users battle.

How long will it take to answer my 2 issues? Should I open another ticket for each one as it seems nobody gets back to me.
