Changing the landing page after paypal purchase

I know where all the email templates are located, but where is the template for the page you get after a user completes their checkout process and is returned to the site from PayPal?  The one that by default says YOUR ORDER #4 HAS BEEN PROCESSED!Your order #4 has been successfully processed!

Thank you!  I should also mention another work around I found for my specific issue.  You can create a language override if all you want to do is change the text at the top of the completed screen.  The override I used was:

ESHOP_ORDER_COMPLETED_DESC
