Waiting list flow

I'm just a little lost on what the end user will see and need to do after being put on the Wait list.

I just enabled the "Move Registrants" plugin for the first time.  Our paid event had a low capacity set by mistake and a user attempted to register and made it to the wait list.  Now that I have increased the capacity and enabled the plugin, will the user be notified that a spot has opened?  Will they need to repeat the registration progress to pay the fee and trigger the registration?  Or will I need to reach out and ask them to start over again?

For this, better go to Events Booking -> Registrants, check on the checkbox next to the registration record and press Request Payment button in the toolbar

The system will send an email to registrants ask them to make payment. There will be payment link sent in the email, users can click on to make payment for the registration without having to enter all data again
