Membership Pro for Joomla 3.x, and then Joomla 4.x

I am running Joomla 3.10.14 eLTS (Extended Long Term Support).
If I purchase Membership Pro for Joomla 3.x and then I migrate to Joomla 4.x, will my subscription continue to be valid?
