demo not working?

Forgive me, could be my fault, but I am not able to log in the demo site, to see the frontend and admin features...
"demo" is the user, but the password seems not working...
Can you help me?

I forgot the most important detail 

I was checking OS Property (  osproperty.ext4joomla.com/ )
The Log In button opens the login window and proposes the demo user and the masked password... that seems not working.

I'd like also to have a peek to the backend (but maybe I'll read some documentation before)

I'm actually looking for a product that manages user's personal items registering data and pictures associated to them (the items).
I read in a forum that a property/estate extension could be easily customized to these needs... but I'm not sure, and wanted to check before investing money

Isn't a limited demo version available for testing purposes?

With demo/demo and blank secret key I get the Joomla warning "You do not have access to the Administrator section of this site"...
Trying any other user gives a different error.. so I presume that demo/demo is correct, but with no admin privileges... ?
