Thanks Peter. I will see if I can improve map as you suggested. However, it won't be in next version as in the new version which I'm working on right now, I'm focus working on improving the layouts

Thank you. I will certainly give it a try - I think it will be fine based on what I have read and seen. your support and regular updates/fixes is good to see - something that is lacking in my current event extension.
thanks again. Peter

Hello - I'm trying to set this up in my test site, but struggling to understand where to create a custom field for an Event? I can see the custom field area, but that looks like it is for custom fields for the attendee booking form. thank sPete
Hi Peter
We only have option to display creator of the event. When you click on an event creator, it will display all events created by that user, not link to user profile
So Yes, in this case, you can use event custom fields to display this link

Hello Tuan,
Follow-up question on this.
I have the custom field working, however, what I would like to do is hide this particular custom field from the Add Event page. Is that possible?
The reason I want to do this is because I automatically populate this custom field when an event is created via a trigger - I don't want the user creating the event to see this particular field when creating the event as they don't need to fill it in. Hope that makes sense!
thanks, Peter

Hi Peter
Yes. It is possible. You can add submit_event_access="6" (assume 6 is ID of Super User access level)
Then only users has that access level can see the field, in this case, only support users
If you don't want anyone to see, maybe set it to submit_event_access="1000" (No one has that none existing access level, so they cannot see)
