Event Booking integration with Easy Social ? was created by Gregory OConnor
I need to update my booking component. I was a dt register user for the last 12 years but they are not making updates so far to J4. I and many customers need to move on. I wish to also leave the authors other component JomSocial and switch to Easy Social. Does EventBooking  have an integration with Easy Social. I hope to have the  record populate the activity stream and take information from thee members profile for registration auto-fill.

Hello Gregory

It support one of the integration options you are asking for: Use data from Easy Social profile to pre-fill registration form data (so that users do not have to type again)

it, however, does not have option to populate the activity stream, You would need to develop a custom plugin for this feature if you really need this integration

Tuan

On Edit I see that I have been looking at your component for some time. I did an email search after buying a payment plugin and this 3 year old reply showed up to my old pre sale question. Sorry about the reply to old stuff. .
............................I ended up getting several of your components and Community Builder to replace JomSocial. I will need to hire custom plugin to list registration completion actions from Event Bookings to the CommunityBuilder activities screen. Is this something your office can do Thanks in advance.

Hi Greg

Sound like it will require developing a custom plugin. However, your requirement is not very clear to me and I do not know if it could be developed

Please explain more details about the requirement if it is possible

Regards,

Tuan

When a member of my club signs up to an event using the component by JoomDonation "Event Booking" I want their activity to display on a activities list published by Joomopolis "Community Builder". That list is a Community Builder module published in a min content position on one page I call Community Activities . The CB app proves CB activities to the list like "Fred just updated his photo album, here is that Image" . The list also allows registered members to add content and comments directly to that list . kinda like Facebook activities screen. We had a link between jomsocial and dt register and it proved to be a grat way to create interest in a event.
Thanks
see it on my development site. rainbowrv.org/index.php/community log in with judy judy as a registered member just some direct upload on the list now.

What should be displayed on Community Activities when someone registers for the event? Something like Gregory OConnor just registered for the event Test Event ?
