Change account holder and re-subscribe...

We need to update Membership Pro for Joomla 4 and we need to change the account holder and payer. The last active membership was 2021. How do we do that and retain the support ticket information? The support person will be different than the payer. How do we manage that as well?

You just need to login to your account, then go to joomdonation.com/joomla-extensions/membe...ip-subscription.html to purchase the extension again

When you need support, the support person can use your account to submit ticket. If not, he can use his account, but please ask him to provide us the email of the account which was used to purchase the product so that we can verify order before providing support
