Services booking

Morning all,
just a quick one as a user of the events booking, I'm wondering if the services booking application had the same feature of attaching documents when confirming the booking.  As we would like to attach a copy of the terms and conditions when a user makes a booking of the space or hot desk

Yes, OS Services Booking has Extra fields option, it allows you to create "upload" field, and customers can upload files in Checkout form

I think we may be talking at cross purposes
it's not the customer I want to upload anything, it's me when the booking has been confirmed, the customer will receive a confirmation email along with the room hire Ts&Cs/
process
> customer makes a booking
>payment is confirmed
>confirmation email sent to the customer, and admin included documents is Ts&Cs

You can put the T&C on your site and put the link to download it in the confirmation email.

I really wanted to send it at the time of booking
you know what people will do they won't download it they will then say they haven't read it or didn't see it, or never had a copy of it
I just wanted to take that away from them
I know its done in events booking and wanted the same thing in this as well
Oh well
is it something that could be added at a later stage?

Hi Pat,
Currently, OS Services Booking doesn't have option to allow administrator to upload files and attach them into the confirmation emails
