Redsys plugin install

Hi,
How can i install Redsys plugin. I have downloaded and i try to install in joomla 4 the file os_eb_redsys_4.1.2.zip. Go to Extensions, install, but joomla show an message "Joomla can´t find the xml file"
What is the mistake i am doing?
