Content - Membership Restriction plugin suddenly not working

We have used Membership Pro and the Content - Membership Restriction plugin for years without any problem. A couple weeks ago we upgraded to the latest version of Membership Pro. After upgrading, all seemed to be wroking fine, including the content restriction. But today the restriction is not working.

We use {mprestriction ids="1,3"} and {/mprestriction} to enclose the content we want restricted. But today everyone is able to see all conent. The plugin is enabled and I'm not aware of any changes to the system.

Any idea how to get the restriction fixed?

There must be something special causing the error. Please submit a support ticket sending us:

1. Super admin account of your site

2. Link to that page

3. Tell me how you setup that restriction in the backend (ID of the article)

I will check to see what's wrong and get it sorted
