Prorated Membership Question

I am looking for an extension that will automatically prorate the fee for membership. I am wanting to accept payments for & keep track of memberships to a recreational club. The membership term is for one year but it prorated depending on what month they join.  Can this extension automatically charge the correct rate based on what month they join?
