I don't quite understand how to link to the product from the menu

I'm reading the documentation. It says "To use this layout, you need to ceate a menu item to link to Categories List menu option of DMS. Before common Joomla menu items parameters, this menu option supports the following parameters specific to Documents Seller:"

How do I link to th Categories List? I don't see a menu option in DMS. Did I miss it somewhere?

Hi Paul

Do you know how to create a menu item in Joomla ? If Yes, just create a menu item to link to one of the following menu item types in Documents Seller :

1. Categories List
2. Categories Columns Layout
3. Category Default Layout
4. Category Table Layout
5. Category Column Layout

and it should work. If you do not know how to do that, submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of the site so that we can help with basic setup

I do have a question about categories. Is it possible to display categories as a column rather than a list? I can't seem to figure out how to do that.
