Hi Everyone,
Can anyone advise if this adds a PayPal Express button or uses a person's PayPal account, as I cannot find any details on this payment plugin?

Hello Bob,

Thank you for submitting the question here. This use person's PayPal account. You need to login to your PayPal account to get the Client ID and Client Secret, then fill it in the settings of EShop PayPal Standard Checkout plugin.

This plugin allows customers to pay to your PayPal account use their PayPal account or credit card.
