Can Eshop and Membership Pro Work Together?

I currently use Eshop on a site, but need now to sell membership subscriptions too. Can these work together? If so, would a customer be able to order a regular non-subscription product and a membership subscription product all in one shopping cart?

As of right now, it is not possible. If someone wants to buy a subscription, they need to buy that in Membership Pro

If they want to purchase a product, they need to purchase it using Eshop. So two separate systems in this case
