Add field in booking to upload a file

I'd like to know if it is possible in OS Services Booking extension to add a field where the user can upload a file when they make a booking?  For example I have send the user a quotation, he accepts it and now make a booking and also attach the quote.  Is it possible to add such a field to the OS Services Booking when configuring.

OS Services Booking supports custom field type "file upload" in Checkout form. You can create custom field based on that type to allow user to upload their document when they checking out their booking

Thank you. And will it be possible to eliminate some steps in the checkout - since the client will not pay immediately but only after the service has been done.
Also, can you link different email addresses to different venues, so that when a customer make a booking at a certain venue, that venue will receive the email.

In case you want to allow user to make payment after attending the service, they can use Offline payment, thus, customers can pay by cash or bank transfer.
By the way, OS Services Booking doesn't have feature to send notification to venue's email address
