OS Services Booking - configured with intervals was created by Petter
Hi,
This is a question I have asked before (in support), but I still haven't got a clear answer. I'm unable to find any clues in the documentation or the demo
Currently we use Event Booking, but managing 50-60 guests per day and assigning them to different time slots and groups simply takes to much work. So the question is if OS Services Booking can be configured like in the attached file:
Let's say we are open for business 5 hours each day. For every 30 minute interval there are 7 available slots. Until 6 of the slots are sold the next interval is not opened. This is to avoid "holes" in the operation to avoid a situation where we have some bookings early and late in a day and only a few or none in between.
Also a guest must be able to make a group booking; either taking some (or all) of the available slots in the active time interval, or with a large group the remaining slots in the active interval and a few (or all) in the next.
I hope my explanation makes sense
Is this possible in OS Services Booking?
Rgds,
Petter

Hi Peter,
Unfotunately, i am afraid that OS Services Booking doesn't support your requirement, it doesn't have feature to disable booking on specific timeslots when previous timeslot doesn't have enough booking.
Thanks
Dam

Hi Dam,
Thank you for your quick reply.
Would this be possible to implement as a feature or as a paid customization?
Rgds,
Petter

Hi Petter,
Actually, it is difficult to implement your requirement, so i think in this case, you can find another suitable booking extension for instead. It will save your time and money.
Thanks
Dam
