membership pro reoccurring payment

hi

i already set membership pro to receive reoccurring payment for plans using paypal 

however i dont receive payments monthly from subscribers.

what should i do so that payments are monthly deducted by paypal and paid to me?

That's strange. First thing first: Could you send me link to subscription form of that plan? I want to check and make sure that's a recurring subscription plan

Second question is do you have someone subscribed for that plan recently? Maybe submit a support ticket sending me super admin account of your site and tell me ID of some sample subscriptions records which should be recurring subscription so that I can check data and make sure it is valid
