Thank you for interesting our EShop Shopping Cart extension and submitting the question here. Regarding your question: Yes, EShop support Product Options feature which allows customers to select more additional options as well as enter the custom text / upload files for product before adding into the cart.
Once store's admin receive the order of the product, they will see all of these additional options.
