First payments voucher is also being taken on renewing memberhships

Hello I have a voucher code within membership setup and its setup to discount £60 off a new membership signup for 'First Payments' However the 'First Payments' option also takes the £60 off when a current member renews their subscription. How can I stop the discount being taken on current member renewing?

That's strange to me. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us:

- Super admin account of the site
- Link to subscription form of that plan
- Tell me the coupon code to use

I will check to see what's wrong with the setting of the coupon code and guide you to correct it
