Paid for n EXT but nothing in Downloads was created by James Ryan

I just paid for a module and nothing is in my account downloads.
What is the process for fixing this issue?

Hi James,
We guest the issue has cause from Paypal side, however, as far as I know, your transaction is complete and, of course, you can click on My Downloads at the top to download OS Services Booking extension.

Hi James,
You should login with account:
Username: squirrel333 (james@kwikfixitsolutions.com.au) before you can see the Order in "My Downloads" section.
You are having 2 accounts in my site, and it seems you are logging via account: squirrel333au.
