can payment of pledges be tied to campaign goals?

Amazon FPS payment processing has a "reserve" payment that does not execute a transaction until services are delivered. Does JDonation have a feature to not take pledge payments unless sufficient people pledge to a campaign within a target time range.

And, can premiums be offered for different levels of support for a campaign?

And, can regular Joomla articles link to the campaign page?

So is this not possible with Joom Donation? I'm really interested to hear what OSSolution has to say about this. Also, to know if this works with JoomCredits.

Here's what I'm planning to do:

JMS + JoomDonation + JoomCredits.

JMS enables me to create individual donation pages (or slave sites managed by each user). JoomDonation being the main component that handles the donation idea. JoomCredits to enable users to pledge their amount. So my question is, is JoomDonation and JoomCredits compatible with JMS? Being that JMS has a single-sign in, so I'm not sure if it works.
