I currently have a website using version 5.4.2 but looking at your demo site I enjoy the look of your donation page much better, will I be able to have my page easily look like your donation demo page if I am to upgrade to the newest version? By purchasing the current version do I then get access to updates as they come out? I do not see a functioning way to update to the new version from my own current one.

Joom Donation is Joomla extension, so it doesn't come with any template. You can install and use it on any Joomla templates you want and based on the our demo site structure to build your own Donation website. I don't think it's complicate work.
