we have a document repository and a blog. In our blog (Joomla core articles) we would like to link documents from the repository.
I read that Edocman has a plugin for it, but what happens where a linked file in the repository gets updated? Does it changes url leading the article link to 404?

Actually, when you update specific Edocman document, its link won't change. So the link of document in article won't be effected.
