Hi,
Is there a way to connect the Active directory with your system? if not what is the best way to create the users as I have over 50 users and can I group?
Can I assign the users to post to a certain category? meaning I want for each group of users to have the permission to post to a certain groups.
Is there a way for the users to send an email to a predefined email address and the system will automaticlly create a ticket?

Hello
1. Active Directory has nothing to do with Helpdesk Pro. From what I see, you can just use Joomla core to handle this (Joomla allows you to create user groups and assign your members to the user group you want)
2. Yes, it is possible. Each user group can be allowed to post to the category you want (this is controlled via Access Level)
3. Currently, the system does not have option to create ticket from email
