Membership Pro for Organization Automation

Dear Team,
I am currently given a task to create a site for our organization to manage our members and automation flow.
I'd like to know several things before i propose Membership Pro extensions to my superior.
1. Our member needs to print invoice before payment (offline payment), is it possible to get the invoice before payment, and the activation should be done by admin.
2. We issue certificates for our paid members, not a membership ID card. Is there any option to customize the certificate for our member, and is it possible for our members to download and print the certificate by themselves?
3. We also need something like barcode or QR code that contains the member's information in each membership certificate. Is it supported as well?\

1. In this case, admin can create a subscription record with pending status using offline payment method and it should work well

2. Yes. I believe you can use Member Card feature for this task

3. Sorry, we do not support QR CODE or Bardcode in Member Card/Member Certificate
