Is it possible to link product options in EShop

Hi,

I'm looking at Eshop for selling textile articles. Is it possible to link product option based on a condition in Eshop?

What I'm looking for is this:
If I want to sell T-shirts, I want an option for Men and for Women. After the choice for men and women the available size must be shown, these are different for Men and Women. Next based on the selected option (Men/Women) the available colors must come up to select. There are different colors for men and women and not all colors are available in all sizes.

Can Eshop handle this ?
