OS Service Booking: Import appointment into Outlook

Is it possible for the user to import his booking into Outlook?

Is there a live demo of the backend?

Currently, OS Services Booking doesn't have feature to integrate with Outlook, but we are developing feature to integrate with iCal. This great feature will be released within this month

Yes, you can add iCal links in any supported version of the Outlook client.

One more question:

Employee X works Monday and Tuesday in London, but Wednesday to Friday in Paris.

If a user does book employee X for Tuesday, does the user see he must go to the office in London and not to Paris?

You can setup different Venues and different Services in those venues. After that, you can assign employees to specific services in different Venues.
Customers will know the places of services that they are booking.

Is iCal available now? I did buy and install OS Services Booking and I did a test booking.

For the employee I see no way to add his appointment into his Outlook calendar.

How can I do this?

Edit: I found it. I had to enable this in the configuration. I missed that
