Can you explain the difference between:
1) The UPS Shipping build-in plug-in and
2) The USPS Shipping Add-On plugin
What do they each provide and how is the paid plug-in different, what does it provide that the built-in plug-in does not provide?

Hello Kevin,
1. UPS shipping plugin uses shipping services from UPS
2. USPS shipping plugin uses shipping services from USPS
They will have different rates because the different rules from UPS and USPS.
