PayPal still pendent after payment

PayPal still pendent after payment was created by cassio freire
Hi there,

Im using PayPal plugin and is working fine. I choose the plan, go to PayPal site, paid as well and after that go back to website to page subscription completed. The point is, the membership pro system still showing the plan as pendent. How to make PayPal update the status as active after payment approved? When the plan is free, update normally, FYI. Also I received as well on my PayPal account

Hello

There are many reasons could cause this error. Could you please try to follow instructions at membershipprodoc.joomservices.com/troubl...-ipn-troubleshooting to get the issue sorted?

Ok, everything was checked and was right. But even on OSM tutorial or the other link you gave to me, have the URL to setup on IPN PayPal. Is the link ipn.jotform.com/ipns/paypal.php ?

I dont think so. So could you tell me how I set my url of my website?

is like mysite.com/what ?

Hello

The IPN URL is URL of your own website, domain.com/index.php

(replace domain.com with actual URL of your site)

Is it clear?

Hi there,

Now you were clear, but why isn't it on tutorial of OS or even on PayPal developer? Also had a lot of people with same problem!

Anyway, STILL NOT WORKING! I setup to my subscription complete page, show the msg of proper plan, but still pending! what I did wrong?

Could you please can ck my settings if is everything ok? The plan I used is VIBRATIONAL SIGNATURE and I used the demo user rayan

Also now, when I created a user for you, the system justem create 506 subscriptions for you, why? There is something really wrong here. Please I need help

I found the problem. was the auto subscribe plugin! when I set to auto subscribe others plans the system just bug and create a lot of logs os subscriptions for same user and same plan. Its bad cause show on history payments on dashboard of users. Need be fixed!

About the issue with auto-subscribe plugin, please read documentation here membershipprodoc.joomservices.com/plugins/auto-subscribe . When you enable and use it, if someone subscribe for a plan, it will auto-subscribe him to the selected plans, too

I don't know why it creates so many subscription record like that, but I believe it's just wrong setting somehow
