Admnistrators creating tickets

Hi,

I am evaluating your plugin for using on your site. I would like customers to create tickets without having to log in which is nice, but if/when the user creates an account on the site, can it link tickets so they can view on like an my account page for review later?

Also there are many times that my tech support people get calls from customers that don't visit the webiste. Could they create tickets on the backend to start the ticket string?

1. Yes. If user has an account on your site, they can login, access to Registration History page to see and download tickets from there

2. Yes, administrators can create registration record for these users and have tickets generated from backend, too

So from what I can see, the extension meets your two requirement perfectly
