OSE Membership replacement needed...

We need to replace OSE Membership as there are no more updates. We have other plugins that need to be updated, but we are afraid to break something. So I have the following questions:

1) Is MembershipPro a direct replacement of OSE, or associated in any way?
2) Is it easy to replace OSE with MemebrshipPro?
3) Does MembershipPro have VirtueMart or AwoCoupon integration? Or, can MemebershipPro replace both those plugins?
4) Does MembershipPro include payment methods integration, i.e. we use PayPal and Authorize.net for credit cards.
5) Does MembershipPro control access/permissions to the Joomla menu system as does OSE?
6) Is there a hands-on demo we can try to test how MembershipPro works from a setup/config standpoint?

1. No, Membership Pro has nothing related to OSE Membership, so it's not replacement

2. It depends. If you are using one time subscription only, that should be easier. But if it's recurring subscription, it would be difficult

3. Membership Pro has a plugin which assigned subscribers to Virtuemart user group. Not sure if that's what you need? No plugin for AwoCoupon integration

4. Yes, it's included in Membership Pro by default

5. It should be better (use Joomla core ACL), see documentation membershipprodoc.joomservices.com/resour...ction/use-joomla-acl

6. We don't have demo for backend for you to try

I would prefer to replace VirtueMart as well with your product, if there is the same functionality. We will try Membership Pro to see if we can get it to work as needed in a test environment.

Membership Pro could not replace Virtuemart. If you want to replace Virtuemart, our Eshop could be good option

But try to play with Membership Pro to see how it goes first
