Stripe payment and customers not registered

Hi,
I created an event and installed Paypal and Stripe plugins.
When customers book and pay with Paypal it is OK
When they use Stripe the payment it correctly done but the customer does not appear in the list and I do not receive the mail so I do not know what they ordered.
I tried myself. Everything is ok including the confirm form and the payment mail from stripe. But not on the list.

Any idea

Did you configure Stripe webhook as described in readme.txt file in the payment plugin package?

I forgot this step but now I did it and new particpants are still not added.
