Deposit Feature - Registration Irregularities

I'm converting our installation over to using the shopping cart and the deposit feature and it's not behaving in the way I would expect.

So I have a mix of three events that I registered for:


The first event, I want full payment. The only way I could see to force that after turning on the deposit feature was to set it up 100%.

In the cart, it shows the proper amount of deposit:



In the registrants section of the site, it doesn't show the registration correctly:


If I open the individual registration records, the first event shows this:



For the 2nd and 3rd events, both of the registration records correctly show a Partial Payment:

Look like it's a complicated case. I will have to review the code again and will update you with the result here. Give me sometime
