Help Desk - knowledgebase support

Hello.
Where can I find info on the HelpDesk Pro's knowledgebase support? It says it has it here: extensions.joomla.org/extensions/extensi...p-desk/helpdesk-pro/
But when I search on this forum under Pre-Sale or HelpDesk Pro for 'knowledgebase' it doesn't come up, and it's not in the documentation.
I'm trying to find a Help Desk extension with an integrated AJAX knowledgebase so a user can enter a question and get auto-results from the knowledgebase, but if none are found then they can submit a ticket. I'm considering this extension and RSTickets Pro, but I've used your extensions before and know them to be very good.

It does not have an option to display knowlegebase articles in same simple format like:

- www.joomdonation.com/index.php?option=co...kpro&view=categories
- www.joomdonation.com/index.php?option=co...eskpro&view=articles

It does not have Ajax search feature as you mentioned.
