Extension for booking Gym frequent classes

Hello,
I´m already a client of OS Property and Events Booking, and a few templates.

Now I have a client that own a Gym, that is looking after a responsive solution to manage his courses. I wonder if SERVICES BOOKING or EVENTS BOOKING can be the solution.

Basically, his activity is like this:

Clients: only prepaid clients for the following month.

Assignation of clients to courses: They can choose among the available courses by default, and will have preference to keep the same course for the following months, subject to pay on term each month.

Each course:
- is held twice a week during a month, usually at the same time each day..
- has a maximum (limit) number of attendees.
- every class, if there is available space, some "relocation" of attendees can happen.

Control:
- number of classes attended per attendee (if this week I can not go tomorrow, I book for the day after if there is room available in other course; the owner can see how many classes I attended this month).

Do you think something like this is possible with either SERVICES BOOKING or EVENTS BOOKING?

Honestly, I'm unsure if any of our extensions can be used to handle this requirement

Base on your description, I think Events Booking meets your requirement better. So purchase and give it a try. If it does not work as expected, you can request us for refund
