Hi Tuan.
I am getting a problem with members renewing their membership by paying through PayFast credit card but not being shown as "active" or being able to login. I have an actual example which you can access. I think you still have the access details to my website - if not just let me know. The member's id is 831 (Tessa Gramigna Mantle). The record of the payment is there in the database but somehow the system doesn't seem to see it.
Please can you help?

Hi Bill
It might related to something change (maybe from Payfast system recently). We fixed it in Events Booking, maybe the same fix can be applied to Membership Pro
Could you please go to Extensions -> Manage -> Install, install this updated library, then check it again to see whether it solves the issue?

In this case, please:
1. Go to Membership Pro -> Payment Plugins, click on os_payfast payment plugin to edit, set Log IPN Messages parameter to Yes
2. Try to subscribe again, make payment
Once it's done, submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that I can check the log to see what's wrong and get it sorted
