Issues on Configuraions

Hello joomdonation,

I just purchased and installed the Membership Pro yesterday. Thanks to the assistance of the admin of this forum.

I am on the process of configuring the settings so the function will meet my site requirements.

Issue 1: When an account is Logged in, I could not see the Log out button/function. So I cant log out from user account.
Issue 2: I have added an Offline payment for the subscription, means it will enable the member to deposit the payment thru their bank and send the copy of deposit slip, as the admin of the system, how can I change the setting from pending to active. I tried it by the status isn't clickable to change the setting.
Issue 3: I have added a custom field in my subscription form which is a LABEL type. How can I adjust the font size since the size is quite large
Issue 4: On my subscription form, how can I edit the font, the font size, the placeholder(borders) of the textboxes. I want it embossed or with outline
Issue 5: On my subscription form, how could I improve the form wherein it could be 2-column form. To look it better.
Issue 6: In my user profile, how can I improve the settings, to arrange the fields so it will look better.

as of the moments, these are the issues I encountered.

additional issue: I could not display the log-in form. if I set it as the default page, it is displaying, but it is also the homepage of the site. kindly help me on this. thanks

Hello

1. Membership Pro does not have it own Login Logout feature. It just uses this feature from Joomla core. There are two ways to offer logout:

- Create a menu item to link to User Logout menu
- Or Publish and use Joomla core Login Module

2. You can access to Membership Pro -> Subscriptions, publish these records.

3. Submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and link to the page. Our template developer will add some custom css to solve it

4. It's controlled by your site template css. So custom css will be needed. You can submit a support ticket so that our support staff can help with this, too

5. Try to go to Membership Pro -> Configuration, Subscription Form Layout config option to Columns Layout to see whether it looks better?

6. Not sure how you want to re-arrange it?

7. I'm unsure what's the login form you are talking about?
