Hello
That depends on what method you are using to restrict access to these resources? Could you please give me more information?
And what's the resources here? Is it Joomla articles?

Yeah, should have been more specific: I restrict a Joomla article category via access level. That category contains articles extended by seblod cck. So subscribers are in a different user group than non subscribers.

Hello
If you restrict by access level, the 403 error is throws by Joomla core and we don't have control over it
If it's article, I think you can use this method membershipprodoc.joomservices.com/resour...s-to-joomla-articles to restrict access to articles

??? Of course you do. That is what plugins are for. Your plugin needs to check for the ACL. That is the main purpose of MSpro - redirect users with no subscription to the plan page when they try to access restricted content.

Hello
You need to configure it properly. If you use ACL method to restrict access, Joomla will controls it (by checking access level)
If you use ACL method, normally, the resources won't be displayed for users without permission, so users won't be able to access to it and won't see 403 error
You will get 403 error if you give users direct link to access to the resources somehow
If you want Membership Pro to redirect users to sign up page, you will need to use different method:
1. Set access of the articles to public
2. Setup Membership Pro to restrict access to that resources, see membershipprodoc.joomservices.com/resour...#setup-and-configure
Regards,
Tuan
