Documents uploaded from Fronted and management of access rights.

When an authorized member uploads a document from frontend, the acces is automatically attributed to the uploading person. Owner user ID is automatically populated with the ID of the uploading person.

The persons that are allowed to download or visualize a document shallop be independent of the person that upload a document.
The uploading person shall be able to decide if the document can be see by any access level, inherited from category access level or restricted to him/her only.

Presently the document can only be seen by the uploading person.



As a webmaster, I have to verify request a notification to change this remove the owner from backend each time an authorized uploaded loads a new document.

Did I miss a configuration parameter or is-it a bug ? Yes, just set Auto assign Uploader as Owner ? to No
