Uploaded files was created by Nana Swiczinsky
Dear Tuan,
wherer can I find the files that are uploaded with the custom field "file" ?
Is it possible to attach the uploaded file directly to the registration Email (or any other Email) to the admin?
Best, Nana

Hello Nana
1. You need to go to Events Booking -> Registrants, click on the registration record to see the details and download the attached file from there
2. If you want the attachment sent to admin email, go to Events Booking -> Configuration, set Send attachments to admin config option to Yes

Dear Tuan,
thanks for the super quick support. That was easy.
Another question. After test-booking went fine this morning, when I try to testbooking now, a red message "Invalig Registration Code" appears on top of the form, when I try to submit it.
Is there a hidden captcha, I can turm on and off? Other reasons?
Best, Nana

Hi Nana
I don't have any clue why that error happens. For that, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of the site and link to registration form so that we can check it

Thanks again for the fast reply.
Please give me an email adress I can sent the login data to, so I dont have to post it here.
yet another question:
I have the shopping cart module turned on and I find it very handy. Unlike other online shops i can't find the user section. Is there a module, where the user can see his/her accout (user data & purchases) in the frontend? Like the usual log in/out button in the right upper corner of an online shop?

Hello Nana
1. Go to www.joomdonation.com/support-tickets.html and submit a support ticket sending us the requested information
2. For cart module, we just has that basic module. If you want something different, I think you will need to customize the layout of the module to have the feature you want
Regards,
Tuan
