Subscription renewal

Hello
I have just renewed my subscription via an email advising me my current sub expires in 7 days (7th Jan). However when I renewed the new sub did not start from 7th Jan but from today 31st Dec - so I have lost 7 days! Can anything be done about that, please?

Don't worry Patrick. I updated your order manually, it will be expired on 2020-01-08
