Membership Pro: Management of members with offline payment only

We ( www.propellerclub-bsl.ch/ ) are using Event Booking and are very satified with the application
Right now we are intending to buy Membership Pro and have some questions

Starting Point
We have about 350 Members which have to pay a yearly membership fee. Due to several reasons we can only use offline payment.
The idea is to register all members by the admin. (online registration for new members might be an option for the future)
We destinguish 3 types of yearly and recurring memberships: residents with fee A, locals with fee B and retired with fee C. We assume that we then would need 3 subscription plans is this correct ?


Questions:
Since the admin does the registrations, we assume that the invoive will be send out automatically, is this correct ?
Does Membership pro allow to manage a "status" (like invoiced, paid and reminder) which will allow us to manage/administrate the offline payments ?
Is there a notification method which allows us to send out reminders for subscriptions which are not paid yet. (we have acymail installed) ?

Recurring subscriptions:
Does the system automatically sends out new invoices when a new subscription period starts ? Will this be a generated new subscription plan ? or how can we check if payments for the new period have been paid. (Is there a status for each period) ?

1. Yes, you will need to have 3 subscription plans

2. Yes, invoice will be sent to subscriber when admin adds registration record. Membership Pro allows you to manage different status of subscriber Pending, Paid, Expired. It however, does not allow you to have reminder status

3. We don't have an option to allow sending emails to members not paid yet. The only solution would be export these not paid subscribers, import it into ACYMailing and then use ACYMailing to emails them

4. We don't support creating invoice for recurring subscription using offline payments automatically at the moment. However, this is something we have been working on and will be supported in about 3 to 4 weeks, So I think you won't have to worry about it
