plugin upgrade on old version to new was created by Sudhanshu
I want to update my plugin membership pro (current version 2.6.1 )and event booking (version 2.11.1) to latest update.
but i am getting this error.
Error
Failed to download package. Download it and install manually from www.joomdonation.com/index.php?option=co...ckage&document_id=56 .
Failed to download package. Download it and install manually from www.joomdonation.com/index.php?option=co...ckage&document_id=97 .
I don't want to install manually as i have override plugins code. and i want to test it with new update.
in my old version there is no download id in configuration section.
please reply asap.

Hello
Maybe it happens because you are using very outdated version of the extension and your subscription was expired, we only provide free upgrade for one year for each purchase
I could not find any order under your account at the moment, so I don't know exactly the reason. You can submit a support ticket let us know the PayPal Transaction ID of the purchase or the email you used to purchase the product. I will check your order to see the status and answer you further
