Event Booking for a Wedding Venue was created by Matt
Wondering if Event Booking can be configured to accomplish the following:
Reserve lodging for an event (Wedding or Business Conference) based on for example "Lodging for One, Lodging for Two, Lodging for Four, etc" The site owners will assign actual cabins or rooms based on Bride's wishes.
Then add options such as Breakfast for $9 or other options by event or by registrant

Hi Matt
=> Could you please explain more details about it? This is not very clear to me
=> Yes, this is supported and easy to setup. It's called Custom Fee Fields feature in Events Booking, see our documentation at eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/basic-s...wn-custom-field-type
Regards,
Tuan

Sorry for not being clear.
Each event can handle 200 to 250 attendees.
Each event has lodging available for the attendees, if they want to stay overnight. They are:
15 One Bedroom Cabins $100 per night
15 Two Bedroom Cabins $140 per night
3 Three Bedroom Cabins $180 per night
66 Dorm Rooms for $40 per night
Would these be setup in the Custom Fee Fields as well?

Hi Matt
Yes. I think this can be setup using custom fee fields, too.

Tuan

Hi,
Trying to set this up to where it'll work for the client.
How would I set this up so that the custom Field for Lodging can have different types of cabins available for one or two nights, but only a certain number of them. For example
One Bedroom Cabin, $100 per night
Two Bedroom Cabin, $140 per night
Three Bedroom Cabin, $180 per night
They can reserve for one night or two nights
There are
17 - One Bedroom Cabins Available
15 - Two Bedroom Cabins Available
Only 3 - Three Bedroom Cabins Available
Currently I have my room types listed in the "Values" field (Field Type is List)
And Cost per night listed in the Fee Value field
How can I charge them 2x if they want to stay for 2 nights?
How can I restrict the number of reservations to the number of cabins I have available? So I don't overbook?

Hello Max
How users choose number of nights for registration? For limiting number, you might want to look at Custom Field Quantity Feature, see eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/basic-s...ustom-field-quantity
For fee calculation setup, If you cannot get it setup, you should submit a support ticket sending us:
1. Super admin account
2. Link to registration form
I will look at it and hopefully, give right setup for you
